This Privacy Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”) established by and between Recity Network Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with CIN U93090MH2017PTC293495 with its registered office in at A-703, Golden Chariot, Old Lokhandwala, Andheri (W), Mumbai 400053 and any person or entity registering to or using the Website (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”).

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client", "You" and "“Your" refers to you, the person using, accessing or browsing the Website. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires "You" shall mean any natural or legal person. “Recity”, "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Recity Network Private Limited.

The Company cannot be held liable for any collection, storage or disclosure of Your information by third-party sites, applications, resources or platforms and any loss or damage incurred by You as a result of use of any such third-party websites or platforms.     9.2.The Company shall not be liable for any actions of third parties with regard to User’s Personal Information or SPDI which the User may have disclosed to such third parties.

    9.3.Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on the Website, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive Your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that You see on websites that you visit.

    9.4.Note that the Company has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Please note that deletion of certain information may lead to deletion of your account with the website and your access to certain features of the website. You understand that under certain circumstances, the request for the deletion of information can be denied.

    13.2.A "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, software failure and storage device, computer crashes etc.

  27. Governing Law
  28. 14.1.The terms of this Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute regarding or arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

  31. Severability
  32. 16.1.Each clause of this Privacy Policy is independent of and severable from all and any other clauses. If one or more clauses of this Privacy Policy are held to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such clause shall be excluded from this Privacy Policy. The remainder of the Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as if such clause were so excluded and the balance of the Privacy Policy shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms.
